Caron specialises in company growth and has particular experience in working with entrepreneurial ventures, high growth and emerging businesses across a wide range of industries.

She is a professionally qualified accountant with experience in commerce, the arts (as FD of The European Opera Centre in Liverpool) and in professional practice with KPMG.

Caron has extensive Investment experience and contacts and has been heavily involved in raising and managing European funding schemes, investment appraisal, deal structuring and negotiation.

Caron is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and is also a Prince 2 Practitioner.
