NICOLA COLE

Director

Nicola is a co-founder of nmp and responsible for the internal operations of nmp including quality management throughout the organisation.

She ensures that projects run smoothly, on time and within budget, coordinates the various nmp consultants and, with her administration team, provides support within all consultancy and research projects.

Nicola has worked with a range of organisations from the public and private sector including Yorkshire Forward, Scottish Enterprise, Wark Clements, NESTA and Media Training North West.

Prior to establishing nmp, Nicola worked within a range of professional firms involved in finance, design, PR and software.

Nicola is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
