A serial digital entrepreneur, owner of Beechwood Ventures, co-founder of TripleSEE  and MediaNet & MD at New Media Partners, Danny is well connected with a track record of helping digital businesses make money. Brings honesty, clarity and experience to help companies of all sizes through periods of change and drive bigger, better businesses - faster.

He has over 25 years of experience working with companies and organisations across media, technology, communications and telecoms in strategic projects including interim management added to his own experience as investor, owner, director and Board member of businesses that have been developed and sold to international “market making” corporations.

He has run award winning film, TV and digital technology businesses on behalf of venture capital investors and has high level client relationships with various companies such as Nokia, BBC, Channel 4, Oracle, IBM, Cisco, Google, ITV and others.

Danny has delivered a wide range of strategy and change projects with the UK's leading broadcasters, many of the mobile network operators, global OEMs and device manufacturers, most of the top TV production companies, the best marketing and communications agencies, and some of the most interesting indie record labels.

Well networked within the corporate finance and venture capital community through placing and facilitating the raising of finance and sale of companies, he has undertaken NXD roles on behalf of a number of Venture Capital Funds and has strong relationships with a range of high net worth individuals in the UK and USA.

Danny is a recognised global expert in the business of developing media cities, having worked on the MediaCityUK, Twofour54 in Abu Dhabi, Pacific Quay in Glasgow, Creative London and Bristol’s Harbourside, Creative London and the Olympic Park. He is passionate about the importance of how people live, work and play being at the centre of the design of both the physical built environment and technology infrastructure.

Danny has undertaken a number of Board positions:

The NWDA Digital Industries Development Board;
Scottish Screen;
The Northern Film and Media TV Investment Fund;
The Lighthouse, Scotland’s International Centre for Architecture, Design and the City.

He has also been a member of two Downing Street Think Tanks.
