I have over 25 years’ experience working with companies and organisations across software, media, technology, communications and telecoms in projects including corporate strategy, venture investment and hands-on interim management.
I have an extensive international network and a track record of helping digital media and technology businesses make money. Because of that experience I have become expert in accelerating the growth of venture-backed start-ups or new ventures within “market-making” corporations.
I have also operated at the highest level of regional and national politics and have succeeded in securing political goodwill and significant funding for numerous initiatives.
I have applied that mix of commercial success, political nous and highly honed dealmaking skills to drive success in the business of creative placemaking. I led New Media Partners’ work in the planning and delivery of large scale “media city” developments at MediaCityUK, Twofour54 in Abu Dhabi, Pacific Quay in Glasgow, Creative London, Bristol’s Harbourside, London's Olympic Park, Corridor Manchester,
The Sharp Project, Belfast’s Titanic Quarter, Digital City in Teesside, Jeddah's KAEC, Dubai's Internet City, Brisbane's Creative Precinct
and Singapore's Mediapolis.
Nicola has learned the business from the bottom when she started as the administrator. She has shown a relentless eye for detail as she has installed systems, policies and procedures within New Media Partners and for some of our leading clients.
Nicola undertook an MBA for Entrepreneurial Managers on her way to becoming the Operations Director for the business.
She has managed the delivery of many of our high growth company schemes and manages to communicate clearly and concisely with our international client base.
She is a real completer/finisher who makes sure that New Media Partners deliver what we promise - on time and within budget.
